Get to Know Us!
Providence Custom Builders, LLC is a locally owned and operated company led by Charlotte native, Charles "Chuck" Winchester. With nearly 25 years of residential construction experience, our mission is simple: to build exceptional homes that reflect our clients' unique lifestyles, needs, and budgets while providing a positive, transparent, and enjoyable building experience from start to finish.
At Providence Custom Builders, we believe every home should be as unique as the family who lives in it. Unlike large production builders, we never treat our homes or communities as assembly-line projects. Each home is thoughtfully planned and carefully crafted with personal attention to every detail.
From the initial site evaluation and architectural planning to interior design selections and the final walkthrough, our team is actively involved in every stage of the process. This hands-on approach allows us to deliver a level of quality, communication, and customization that larger national firms simply cannot match.
Building an exceptional custom home takes more than great design and quality craftsmanship - it takes a talented team of people working together to bring every detail to life.
“Over the past 14 months, we’ve been building a custom home in Waxhaw, NC. After interviewing several builders throughout the greater Charlotte area, we were very fortunate to find Chuck Winchester and the team at Providence Custom Builders. Chuck and his team are highly skilled, professional, and committed to delivering an exceptional high quality final product.”
