Charles (“Chuck”) Winchester - Managing Principal

Charles Winchester (Chuck) began his construction career in his father’s grading business, eventually pivoting to run a successful manufacturing company for 20 years following the 1980 recession.​ In the early 2000s, Chuck returned to his passion for building. For over 25 years, he has focused on the upper-end residential market as a custom home builder in the southeast Charlotte region. His extensive portfolio includes projects across Western Union County, NC​, South Mecklenburg County, NC​ and Lancaster County, SC​.

Outside of work, Chuck and his wife, Carol, enjoy the empty-nest phase of life with their ​spirited dog, Fletcher, while their three children grow their own families and careers.
